I am Sunceray, the founder of Solutional Sun Consulting, a transformational coach, healer, and seasoned nurse executive with more than 20 years of experience leading teams, elevating cultures, and guiding healthcare organizations through transition and growth.
My purpose is simple: To help women and leaders rise from the inside out — with emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and soul‑aligned leadership.
For over two decades, I served in nursing leadership roles where I witnessed firsthand the emotional weight women carry — at home, at work, and within themselves. I saw brilliant women shrink, burn out, silence their voices, or lead from survival instead of strength.
I also saw organizations struggle with culture, communication, and trust — not because people lacked skill, but because they lacked emotional safety, emotional intelligence, and grounded leadership.
My own journey through healing, alignment, and leadership transformation taught me a powerful truth:
When a woman rises, everything around her rises too.
Solutional Sun was born from this truth — a place where soul work meets leadership development, where healing meets strategy, and where women and organizations learn to rise with intention and purpose.
My journey didn’t begin in confidence, clarity, or leadership. It began in a dark place — a place where I questioned everything about myself.
There was a time when I believed I was failing at life. I thought I was a horrible mother. I stayed in soul‑tie relationships long past their expiration dates, including a marriage that drained my spirit. I walked through life carrying fear, anxiety, and emotional dependence like a second skin.
On the outside, I was functioning. On the inside, I was unraveling.
One day, I found myself deeply questioning my life — what I was doing, why I was doing it, and who I was becoming. No matter how hard I tried, chaos seemed to follow me. Every time I took two steps forward, I felt like I was pushed five steps back. This showed up everywhere: in my career decisions, in parenting, and in my relationships.
That moment of reckoning became the beginning of my rising.
The Turning Point
In the middle of that darkness, I made a decision: I would no longer abandon myself.
I began doing the inner work — healing, unlearning, rebuilding, and reconnecting with the woman I had buried under responsibility, fear, and survival.
As I healed, something powerful happened: I began leading differently. I began mothering differently. I began choosing differently. I began living differently.
And I realized something profound:
Leadership is not a title. Leadership is healing. Leadership is truth. Leadership is rising.
This truth became the foundation of my life’s work.
From Bedside to Boardroom to Soul Work
My professional journey spans more than 20 years in nursing leadership — from bedside nurse to Director, to Executive Consultant guiding healthcare organizations through crisis, transition, and transformation.
But even as I led teams, stabilized departments, and shaped organizational culture, I was always doing something deeper:
Helping women rise.
Helping them find their voice. Helping them reclaim their confidence. Helping them lead from within.
That deeper calling became Solutional Sun — a space where soul‑aligned coaching meets executive‑level leadership.
